Then, after spending an hour biking around some of Palermo’s most unknown neighborhoods, you will take part to a yoga session held in a wonderful location.

Following a brief set of exercises, you will immerse yourself in the Hatha yoga practice. This technique consists in both physical poses (asana) and breathing methods (pranayama) to improve health and welfare for the body while enabling the mind to attain the highest spiritual altitudes.
