Respect for nature and the return to a pure contact with it is the moving motivation of the farm. The organic farm is run following some fundamental criterias: respect for responsible and natural agriculture, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers; health of people and ecosystems; natural seasonality of the products and the enhancement of typical local varieties; welcome customers directly to the farm, containing consumption costs and guaranteeing maximum freshness. Healthy products are used to prepare breakfasts, brunches and tasting dinners. The respect for the environment and nature reflects in the choice of the productes used in the kitchen: they are mainly products derived from sustainable agriculture (organic, biodynamic, guided or integrated management), like for example stone-ground Servigliano flour, fresh vegetables picked at the moment, cheeses from friendly and nearby farms. In addition, many of them, like jams, flours, legumes and biscuits are stored and sold at the online store.
